THE annual Miss, Mr and Mrs Madiba Bay pageant is in its 5th year and people are invited to enter.
The event will take place on August 4 at the PE Golf Club. The show is divided into two segments. From 12pm on the day, boys and girls will take part in the junior section and will be dressed in a high fashion outfit of their choice. The entry fee is R100 and contestants can still enter at the door.
Competitors in the Mrs Madiba Bay pageant will be involved in raising funds for the pageant beneficiary, the Divan Serfontein Miracle Child Foundation. Ladies who would like to enter for Mrs Madiba Bay have until July 15 to do so. The Mrs Madiba Bay competition will be held at 5pm.
No modelling experience is required for any of the categories.

- Algoa FM presenter Briony Sparg is one of the first entrants for the Mrs Madiba Bay pageant. She has decided to go for the philanthropist award by raising the most amount of money for charity.
Her goal is to raise R10 000 for the Animal Welfare Society and the pageant beneficiary, the The Divan Serfontein – Miracle Child Foundation (assisting families with children with disabilities), by conducting a raffle with various prizes being sponsored by friends and family.
