News / PE Expresso / EP Centre wil host first Mother and Daughter tea

THIS Saturday the Ray Mhlaba Skills Centre at the EP Child and Youth Care Centre will host their first ever Mother and Daughter High Tea.

Mothers and their daughters of all ages are encouraged to attend the event, which will benefit the Skills Centre.

The morning will consist of beautiful individual table décor, scrumptious tea time treats and beverages, pleasant entertainment and presentations, exciting lucky draws and interesting exhibitions of new and up-and-coming businesses.

Coffee shops and bakeries who would like to take part in this day and show what their businesses can do please, can contact the centre.

Interested ladies are encouraged to wear Gatsby attire (hats, gloves, pearls) to the tea.

Tickets cost R80 for adults and R50 for children (3 - 12 years).

The tea is organised by Nakita Plaatjies, who works at the Skills Centre and grew up in the EP Child and Youth Care Centre. This was her way of giving back to the centre that gave so much to her growing up, Nakita said.

The tea will be held from 2pm at the Ray Mhlaba Conference Centre in Conyngham Road.

Phone Nakita on 00413740641 or 00835225230 for more information or to book your seat.
